In February of 2013, I started training with Alex Martins as a 300 pound white belt. After hundreds and hundreds of privates and group classes, I am now a 260 pound brown belt.
Alex possesses the uncanny ability to, at the same time, 1) make you feel like you are his best friend and 2) drive you to train harder than you thought possible. It’s a gift that Alex bestows upon each of his students.

Awesome club to train at. Came into Dallas asking last minute to find some mat time and got an immediate response. Good group of people for some tough rolls. I will try to get in there a few more times before I leave. Techniques shown are definitely getting added to my game.
We came to try it out during open mat and were blown away. There were so many talented people to work with, everyone was so friendly, and the gym is pristine. The amenities of the gym were enough for me to give it 5 stars! We could not recommend Alex Martins enough and we will definitely be back!

Awesome place to learn and train BJJ. I have never done BJJ before but felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. Professor Alex is very friendly and welcoming to anybody willing to learn the martial art of BJJ. Everybody here is super friendly and it doesn't matter if you're a beginner, kid or competitor, you will find what you are looking for here. Very clean facilities and excellent teammates.
