Adults (Men and Women), all levels are encouraged to attend. Classes consist of warm-up cardio workout, drills, advanced/fundamental techniques, and rolling. A FREE tryout is available for this class. Please arrive 10 mins prior to scheduled class to complete waiver and size for a loaner uniform. All questions will be addressed as well as membership agreement and fees.
Thursdays we do not train in a traditional uniform (gi), instead we wear a rash guard and shorts.
